Greetings,  

Once again we are eagerly anticipating hosting the Pentecost weekend in Missoula. Not only are we looking forward to seeing you from other areas but also to announce that Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Rhodes will be here with us. Mr.Rhodes is active in numerous ways in the United Church of God. In addition to being the pastor of the Lansing, Michigan congregation, Mr. Rhodes is a Senior Writer for the Good News Magazine, a Senior Editor of World News and Prophecy, appears from time to time on Beyond Today. Mr. Rhodes serves as the Regional Pastor for the churches in Ghana, west Africa, and was just selected to be the Chairman of the United Church of God Council of Elders.

We are happily looking forward to seeing Mr. and Mrs.Rhodes and hearing from Mr. Rhodes on the weekly Sabbath and Pentecost afternoon. 

The following is housing information for those planning to attend the May 22nd Sabbath Service and May 23rd Pentecost Services. .  

We have rooms blocked for us at the Quality Inn and Conference Center, 3803 Brooks St, Missoula, Montana 59804. The phone number is 406-251-2665. Click HERE for map.  As most know this location is at the intersection of Brooks and Reserve Street [ Hwy 93 ] ALL SERVICES WILL BE HELD IN THE QUALITY INN CONFERENCE CENTER AT THE SAME LOCATION.

We will have the use of the hall for social time between and after Services on both Sabbath and Pentecost. Again this year we plan a desert social on Saturday night. It seemed everyone enjoyed the chocolate fountain and additional treats.  

We have blocked a number of rooms in the motel itself.. List as follows:

Room with :      1 Q bed  12 rooms blocked

Room with :      2  Q beds    6 rooms blocked

All rooms are non-smoking and priced at $ 65 a night for rooms with queen beds.  $5 extra for each additional adult, children are no extra charge. There is a 7 % sales tax on rooms. Also, there are other fine motels in the area if these accommodations don’t fit your specific needs. When calling for a reservation inform them that you are a member of the United Church of God and give them the dates you will be staying. The block reservation will hold till May 11 and then extra rooms will be released to the general public.  

Sabbath Services will be 2 PM Mountain time, on Sabbath [May 22 ] and on Pentecost [May 23], 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
