NOTE: Where the Menu refers to "Your own BarBQ Dinner" for Dinner on Monday, September 27, it is referring to the Church BarBQ after Family Day. The Dining Hall will NOT be serving a meal that evening.

Please look at the Activity Schedule ,  make your plans, and then register for the meals you and your family would like to eat in the Dining Hall.  It is important to have your final meal registration in before the feast starts so the Big Sky Bible Camp staff can purchase the food and supplies needed to prepare all the meals. Cut-off for registration is 7 pm, Thursday, Octobert 6th.

Additional Information:

  • All meals are $5 per person, except Brunch on Thursday and Sabbath which are $7 per person.
  • Children under 2 are free.
  • Eat as many or as few meals as you would like in the Dining Hall. We have a full schedule of meals planned so those staying on site will not have to leave at any time for meals.
  • Anyone may sign up to eat meals at the Big Sky Bible Camp, not just those staying onsite. If staying off site, we encourage you to plan to eat some meals at the Dining Hall so you can fellowship with others staying at the site.
  • The first meal available will be Dinner, Wednesday evening, October 12.
  • The last meal available will be Breakfast, Friday morning, October 21.
  • Payments for meals can be mailed in advance or paid when you arrive, Wednesday before sunset or Friday, before or after morning services.
  • Purchased meals will be non refundable, although you may give or sell them to someone else not registered for that meal.
  • Purchased meals may not be transferred to another day, as food preparation will have already begun in advance of the meals.
  • We will provide a method for helping expedite the transfer of tickets between those having extra and those desiring to eat at the Dining Hall, but cannot make any guarantees regarding transfer or sale of meals you sign up for but are not able to use.
  • Last minute options? If you can not find someone desiring to sell their meal tickets, the staff plans to have an overage of 10% for those who would like to join the meal at the last minute.
